Aino terms of service

This Refund and Dispute Policy outlines the rights and responsibilities of Aino users regarding cancellations, refunds, and dispute resolution. For more detailed information, please refer to our Terms of Use.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For subscription creation:
In accordance with applicable law, users are entitled to withdraw from the Service within 14 days of the first payment for the following reasons:

  1. Technical Issues
    Users must immediately report any technical issues to Aino by emailing hello@aino.world  with a detailed description of the problem. If the technical issue cannot be resolved, users are eligible for a full refund.

  2. Other Reasons
    If a user has not utilized the product, they are eligible for a full refund. If the product has been used and the user does not report any technical issues, Aino reserves the right to refund only the remaining balance for unused subscription days, deducting the amount for days already used.

For subscription renewals:

Refunds are not available, as users have already had the opportunity to test and verify the product's functionality.
Users must manage subscription cancellations via their personal account (https://beta.aino.world/user/billing) and cancel at least one day before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

2. TRIAL PERIOD

Aino may provide trial versions to selected users at its discretion. However, no trial version is guaranteed. If a trial version is provided, users are encouraged to evaluate the service during this period. If no trial version is offered, users retain the right to a 14-day withdrawal period under the conditions stated in the "Right of Withdrawal" section.

3. REFUND PROCESS

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  1. Users must submit their request to hello@aino.world with detailed information about their case.

  2. Aino will assess the request and provide a resolution within 14 business days.

  3. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

4. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Aino is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly. Users are encouraged to contact Aino at hello@aino.world to discuss their concerns and provide all relevant details to facilitate a resolution.

In some cases, disputes may be resolved through arbitration as outlined in Aino's Terms of Service. Arbitration proceedings are subject to the governing laws of Spain.
