Aino pricing is based on two factors: Sites and AI Agents. Sites define your portfolio size — each Site represents a fully enriched location dataset, including contextual and market data. AI Agents define your analysis capacity — each agent is a custom workflow that automatically evaluates Sites at scale. You can either increase your number of Sites or upgrade your plan if you need more AI Agents. Pricing scales with your usage — no hidden fees.

A Site is a fully enriched location used for investment analysis. It includes a location plus contextual, demographic, and market data needed for decision-making.

An AI Agent is an automated investment analysis workflow. It combines: your strategy (prompt) data sources (market, demographic, spatial) and geographic logic (radius, boundaries, filters) Each agent continuously evaluates Sites and generates structured investment insights at scale. Think of it as a repeatable analyst that never stops working.

Nothing is deleted. All your Sites, AI Agents, analyses, and maps remain stored in your account. If your subscription becomes inactive, your workspace is paused — you simply lose the ability to run new analyses or create new Agents until you reactivate.

We notify you at 80% usage. Once you reach your limit: New Site analyses are paused Existing results remain fully accessible You can either upgrade or wait for your next billing cycle

Yes. You can: increase your number of Deals (portfolio expansion) or upgrade your plan to unlock more AI Agents (advanced analytics) Changes apply immediately with prorated billing.
