Refund and Dispute Policy

This Refund and Dispute Policy outlines the rights and responsibilities of Aino users regarding cancellations, refunds, and dispute resolution. For more detailed information, please refer to our Terms of Service.
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
All payments made to Aino World Inc. are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or expressly stated in this Policy.
Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:
Technical Issues:
If you experience a verified technical problem that prevents access to or proper use of the Services, and you report it to hello@aino.world within 7 days of payment, we will attempt to resolve it promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be granted at our discretion.Duplicate Payments or Billing Errors:
If you were charged more than once or in error, please contact us immediately for review and correction.
We do not issue refunds for:
Change of mind or lack of use after purchase;
Subscription renewals that were not cancelled in time;
Unused days or partial subscription periods.
2. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You can manage and cancel your subscription through your account at: https://app.aino.world/user/billing
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel before the start of the next billing cycle.
No refunds are issued for cancellation requests made after renewal.
TRIAL PERIOD
Aino may, at its discretion, provide a free or discounted trial version to selected users.
If a trial is offered, it allows users to evaluate the Service before purchase.
Once a paid plan is activated, all sales are final and subject to this Refund and Dispute Policy.
4. REFUND PROCESS
All refund requests must be submitted to hello@aino.world with a description of the issue and proof of payment (e.g., Stripe receipt).
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you believe a billing error has occurred or wish to dispute a charge, please contact us first at hello@aino.world before opening a dispute with Stripe or your payment provider.
We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly within 5 business days.
Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be subject to arbitration in accordance with our Terms of Service, governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
